Local game developer Auran will be showcasing the largest Australian online game ever created at GO3 Electronic Entertainment Expo next week.

Fury has created significant international interest since first coming to public attention at E3 2006 in Los Angeles. It will be launched later this year.

The team behind Fury reckon it is the fastest RPG (role playing game) ever developed and expect to attract a million players worldwide within the first 12 months of launch.

In 2006, a leading gaming website declared Fury, “the most surprising game at E3″, while giving it honorable mentions for “best game”, “best graphics” and “best of show”.

Fury has been in development for more than two years with over $10 million invested to date. It is scheduled to be launched in Q4 2007.

Head on over to the Fury stand at GO3 for a hands-on demonstration with the game’s associate producer, Andrew Edelsten.
